How is your seatmate really doing? Even in a crowd, in a community, or among friends, one can feel lonely. Problems with... mental health can trip up any of us. They can stand in the way of joy and the ability to thrive, and settle like a heavy blanket that may lead to stress, isolation, and challenges in handling everyday life. More and more Danes are experiencing exactly this – that their mental health is under strain. That is why F.C. Copenhagen, together with the Red Cross and Unibet, is focusing on mental well-being and encouraging all fans to ask their seatmate: How are you really doing? Even a simple question can make a difference for an individual, but together as a community we can start an important conversation that affects us all. That is why F.C. Copenhagen’s players will take to the pitch in Parken on September 21 against Silkeborg IF in a very special jersey with the Red Cross logo on the chest. Unibet is giving up its sponsorship spot on the jerseys as part of this campaign focusing on mental health.
